MT MC CLANAHAN & MARY ROUNTREE MOORE----NEW WORKS
**********************************************************************
For months we have been begging Marcus "MT" McClanahan and Mary
Rountree Moore for more paintings and they've been hard at work
fulfilling our expectations. With 20 new artworks between them, the
gallery is going to be filled with rich, vibrant paintings for the
whole month of November. The is the first time so much work by either
artist has been on display. =20

Moore is a native of Greensboro and McClanahan hails from Clinton;
both artists still reside and maintain their studios in their home
state.	Both painters us traditional landscape subject, but with a
contemporary approach and impressionistic color. For Moore, the
marshes figure into most of her paintings while McClanahan is drawn to
boats, beaches and other marine subjects.

The show runs November 3-30 with a reception on the 3rd from 6-8 pm.

The exhibit will be online at our website a week prior to the
opening....sneak preview!!

NEW ARTIST JACK CAYTON --NEW WORK TAMI CARDNELLA
**********************************************************************
We would love to introduce you to the luminist landscapes of our
latest artist, Jack Cayton who splits his painting time between his
studios on the Little Pee Dee River and the mountains of North
Carolina. Cayton is a former military and corporate pilot whose keen
observations of the effects of light and weather on the landscape have
enhanced his paintings for over 25 years. His work harkens back to
the late nineteenth and early 20th century painters such as Kensett
and William Trost Richards, but without the overt romanticism.=20
Pictured here are 2 landscapes depicting the Roanoke Sound and Bodie
Island lighthouse.

Tami Cardnella of Mount Pleasant, SC has sent us a grouping of small
horizontal landscapes and the two great waterbird pieces shown here.=20
Tami is a gallery regular whose works have always been popular with
gallery goers!
